European Market Link Sàrl is a limited swiss company, headquartered in Martigny, Switzerland.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect your personal data and email address for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing additional information on our training courses and consulting. We never give or sell personal data or email addresses to any third party, except those third parties who help us do business, like banking services.
We will add your name to our mailing list. Our newsletters are published no more than 4 times/year and contain course dates and news regarding European Market Link and Presentation Training Switzerland. Any and all newsletters provide an unsubscribe button, so you may opt-out at any time.
Due to excessive spam we do not collect comments, nor take added information regarding comments.
Most articles are original content, but it is possible that we may include articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
What rights you have over your data

Database and exposure
Your data is held in a private database and a password protected cloud database. Again, we do not share your information with any third party except for the specific purposes of doing business together. This may include a bank or PayPal, who issues a payment invoice or credit card request. We do not keep any credit card or other financial information. It may also include MailChimp for the purposes is issuing a newsletter.
If we ever become aware that your data has been exposed, we will immediately make you aware of such a exposure.
