Kimberly started at DuPont de Nemours, with roles in the US, EMEA and Globally. For over 20 years, she advanced through 11 positions, 9 promotions, and a P/L up to $150 million. Although she started in R&D and technical service, and even managed these functions; she excelled in marketing and business strategy. She created several new businesses, led turn-arounds, and designed regional expansions. Her titles included EMEA Regional Manager, Global Business Manager, Global Business Leader Teflon(r) Consumer Products, Corporate Growth Manager CE, Global Product Manager Coatings, NA R&D & Technical Service Manager, and Tech Service & Process Engineer. Experience in International Communications & Presentations
Kimberly developed her presentation and communication experience early in her career, as a product spokesman and internal trainer. Her experience included regular television appearances, radio interviews, and speeches at large corporate events. She led training exercises in DuPont then developed courses further as a full-time trainer/consultant beginning in 2011. Today, as CEO for European Market Link, she is a key note speaker at company events, associations meetings, and universities. She also facilitates workshops and private training for executives, professionals, and TEDx speakers.
Kimberly was elected to the board of SIETAR Switzerland (SIETAR is the Society of Intercultural Education, Training and Research).
Education
Kimberly has a Masters of Arts in Cross Cultural Communications with honors, Summa Cum Laude and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering. She attended numerous corporate training courses in presentation skills, communication, leadership, international business and sales/marketing. Even today, Kimberly attends association and training events to stay on the leading edge of international communication, persuasion and human development.
