You may change the course participant at any time for free. If you are on a waitlist for an earlier course, and that course becomes available, you can change to that earlier course at anytime for free. Change dates or cancel up to 28 days before your booked course for any reason for free. Credit card processing fees are not refundable (3%). With 27 days or less before the course, there is a 20% change fee. If EML needs to reschedule due to any uncontrollable event, such as accident, illness, or technical problem; EML may do so without penalty. EML is not liable for travel change fees.

Client videos are solely created for the client and shall not be used or retained by EML.

EML warrants that the analysis, data, information, and/or services will be provided by the personnel and general process described herein. The Client agrees that EML does not make any other warranties or representations expressed, or implied. EML expressly disclaims all other warranties, including those of accuracy, merchantability, and fitness for use. The Client accepts this disclaimer of warranty and shall not take any action contrary to such disclaimer. The Client further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EML from and against any claims, actions, suits, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) brought against EML.

All materials provided by EML, including graphics, written documents, videos, and design, are owned by EML or are open access materials. No content in whole or in part of EML Materials may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed, linked to, or used in any way without the prior written permission of EML. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute copyright infringement.

The Client further agrees that EML will not be responsible for any liability whatsoever due to any acts, omissions, errors, delays, interruptions, losses, and/or damages. The Client agrees that it has sole responsibility for determining the usability of any information, analysis, or data contained in this training.

This training service is offered in Switzerland. And, it is taxed and governed by the canton of Valais.
